You tap the oil pan for the oil return line from the turbo. What you see is the oil feed.

anyone have any pictures of the Oil return line? I'm just trying to put the pieces together.

^^^ It will go from the large square port on your turbo to the front of you oil pan. You will have to drill and tap your stock oil pan.

^^^ If you have questions already on something as simple as oil feed and return I would leave your kit to one that is already made and comes complete. I have a feeling you are in over your head.

I just figured, I have the help of SL and my friends that are mechanically incline, I can do it. Plus its turning out to be much cheaper so far. Plus what better than learning from experience.

trust me, if you want to learn... get a crx or early 90s honda project car and build a junkyard kit. much cheaper to learn and when you blow it up. you will still have your ride to work that you are still making payments on.

i don't plan to blow my motor... i'm only gonna be running 5-6psi, like i said, 2 of my good friends are mechanically inclined, aka. they are mechanics and have experience in such matters.

I will watch my steps carefully while building this kit, and it is going to be professionally tuned.

I would worry more about the tune than how much PSI I'm trying to push. Good move with the Pro tune though.

I wasnt trying to bust your ***** or anything. I just wanted to inform you on what you are getting yourself into. I hope all goes well. Some very smart people have blew up "Perfect" running Tc's just keep that in your mind.

If you want to have some straight forward honest answers call Dezod and ZPI tell them your goal and ask what you will need to do to get yourself there.

it doesn't matter if you know what your doing or not. you can't tell your motor when to stop and when to go. not many people are that good.

Boost leaks, Oil leaks, You can have a wastegate not open the list is endless.
