Hmm. Could be the S-AFC, could be the O2 sensor being damaged. Could be the injectors. Any CELs?

well if the filter fell of you might have damaged the MAF not the O2 sensor.

If the filter fell off it would be a MAF issue. Your o2 is on your exhaust pipe in two positions.

Try resetting the ECU. When you disconnect the MAF and/or o2 without resetting the ecu it causes a fault and makes for a very rough idle.

If you have upgraded injectors, what size do you have? Theres a way we can help you compensate the larger injectors by trimming your maf signal to a certain extent with the safc. Let us know about those injector sizes if you switched them.

In the meantime, maybe the ecu reset will work .

The maf is on your intake pipe. It's a flat black piece with a wide harness plugged into it. It's located near your battery if that helps.

Put it this way... It's the only sensor attached to the same intake pipe your air filter is on. If there's something there, that's your MAF. Hope that helps.

I case you have a capacitor on your sound system or any other stored charge...

When you disconnect your ground cable with a 10mm ratchet (hint hint), open a door up. The dome light will help drain the car of what's left for an electrical charge.

As for the window initialization prodecure; just bring the window half way down (applys to both windows and sunroof), then pull all the way up on the switch and once the windows close keep pulling up for about 3 more seconds. Your windows should be set from there.
