For anyone with the factory alarm upgrade has anyone had any issues with a turbo timer? The reason I ask is my good friend builds cars and races them (Fords though) and said he cannot use a turbo timer it causes issues with the PATS theft module overtime and they go bad. Not just cause of normal use but due to the turbo timer keep only certain modules energized and causes the issues. Just wondering never heard of issues with this in the Scion.

 

Never heard of anything like that with the Scion security system.
