Damn...I'm late as hell to this thread, aren't I?
the one everyone taps their BOV is this one with the yellow circle on the right, where the intake goes into teh throttle body:

the yellow circle on the left is where you can tap a vac block into.

Here is another shot of the other end of the thick break line where you could tap a vac block into:

I highly recommend getting a vac block instead of tee-ing everything off...It's much cleaner, easier, and it looks good, as you can see in the first pic.

No...you need to by some additional tubing of the same size. The 2 ends of the brake booster line are connected to a pvc pipe going along the back of the firewall.
You unplug one end and plug that into one end of the vac block, as long as it will reach.
Then you take your new line you bought and plug it into the other end of the vac block. You take the other end of your new line and plug it into the end of the pvc pipe that you disconnected the original break booster line from.

Does that make sense?

Default hey

hey bro am so stuck.... i have like alot of questions.

1. after i tap into the brake booster line to the inlet of the vaccum block, where am i suppose to do with the outliet side of the block? like where do i hook the outlet of the block too and is that was you was talking about when you said i need to buy a new hose?

2. if am using the booster line do i still use the block to bov or throttle body to bov?

3. am running a manual boost controller on an internal wastegate so is it suppose to be block to inlet of contoller then outlet of controller to internal wastegate?

4. emange line and boost gauge just hooks up from the block right..

please help i know this is an old thread.

You might need that extention line to join the other end of that oem vacuum line (brake booster line) to the other side of your vacuum block. You can run your bov vacuum line to one of the ports on your vacuum block to. You can use the vacuum block for the emanage and boost gauge and controller as well.

A vacuum block is basically a big space that vacuum occupies. It allows you to have one splice into a vacuum source and cleanly route any accessories that require a vacuum source.

I have my brake booster line T'd with a T you can get at just about any auto parts store or mega mart. The open end of the T goes to the vac block. Any accessory that needs a vacuum source is then connected to the block and plumbed to the accessory appropriately (somewhere it wont melt or get in the way of something in motion and I like to zip tie the lines so I know they are safe). There really isn't an "inlet" or "outlet". Where ever you source the vacuum from is now your inlet and all the other ports become outlets.

Vacuum block makes it cleaner and more efficient. Especially if you may experience vacuum leaks at some point. Instead of having to check all the T's you can check the block and the lines right off of it
