Default turbocharger temperature

Hey guys,

I ran a quick search for this, but nothing turned up. I was curious to see if anyone out there knows the answer to my question.

*During high output, what temperature does the turbocharger reach?

I know that there are many factors that attribute to the resulting temp.

-boost
-ambient air
-coolant temp
-etc

Would it be safe to assume 850-1000 °F?

for example AL melts at 1220.58 °F

lets hear your 2 cents
