Default Turbotoyotas TC turbo kits. Not in business no more!

Well it looks like this week is a hot one for a bunch of new turbo kits for the TC,
figured I'd join the fray.

My kits are built to suit the customers needs and goals, basically custom built.

For those wanting to add another 60+ hp to those wanting to make over 600whp(with a built motor of course)

I started with 2 basic set ups. Being the cars are daily drivers and roadracers overall peak whp was not a goal, rather I focused on the overall powerband of the kit.

Kit consits of the following:

Stainless Steel "Equal Length" design T3 turbine flanged with either a Tial 38/44mm wastegate flange

T3 flanged turbo of choice based on goals, needs, growth etc. Ball bearing or standard bushing turbo of choice. From a GT28RS(T3 housing) all the way up to a T3/T67, the choice is yours.

2.5" or 3" 2 piece downpipe(s pipe) with vband connection at split.

2.5 aluminum intercooler piping with silicone couplers and t-bolt clamps(production pieces will be powdercoated black)

Intercooler sized acccording to power needs and goals. Any kit less than 400whp does not require any cutting of the crashbar or front bumper.

3" Intake pipe with filter(also powdercoated black)

Blow off valve of choice, Tial, Greddy, to a simple bosch style recirc.

Steel braided oil feed/drain lines

Steel braided water feed/return lines if ball bearing turbo is selected

Dump tube for either Tial 38/44 wastegate(non recirculating)

Turbotoyotas vacuum manifold with fittings

The factory fans/shroud has to be removed and replaced with 2 slim line fans(included in the kit) that mount in front. This leaves plenty of room for those who wish to run an aftermarket radiator.

all installation hardwarde and installation instructions(video coming soon)

The 1st kit I did was based on a Garrett GT3071R smll frame/compressor housing, 2.5" Downpipe, Tial 38mm wastegate and a Greddy blow off valve.

Will post more pictures of this kit tomorrow with a dyno sheet, but car made 295whp and 260ft lbs at 9psi on a dynapack through the factory exhaust. Was a really conservative tune with allot of timing removed and a/f between 10.5-11.5 so there was plenty of power to be made. Car was tuned on Emanage blue with 650cc injectors.

The second kit is based an a Garrett GT28RS, 2.5" Downpipe, Tial 38mm wastegate, and a very simple bosch style recir blow off valve. Kit will be ran at 5psi.

Some pictures to get things started, its late and I am exhausted will have more info tomorrow. Enjoy!

Regards-

Todd

I'm interested in the manifold. Someone needs to start selling these equal lengths with multiple flange options. I am interested in an equal length with a Mitsu flange to fit perhaps a 16G or 20G turbo.

All I use it Garrett Turbos.
