Underdrive pully to increase boost???
Would an underdrive pully increase boost when run with the stock S/C pully?
if so, it would be a way to increase the boost a little without taking off the TRD TamperProof Cap.
I already have the 9.5PSI pully, but was just wondering.
Any thoughts?

So technically....If someone really wanted to, they could make an Overdrive Pully for the crank to increase the boost (it would still be lighter than stock).... but would that still cause more loss at the crank pully.
Would the benefits outweigh the cons???
More boost without voiding the warranty.... hrmmmmm, something to think about.

You won't keep your warranty if you have any problems. If you swap the crank pulley to increase boost and something happens, all it takes is a visual inspection to nail you.
You won't be a victim of the 'remove and be punished' clause, that's true. But any tech that looks at it will see you've made modifications and that will substantially (i.e. negate completely) your chance of getting warranty work done.
And don't even think of swapping it back to stock, else you risk your entire car being destroyed.

There are posts on this already on SL... also AIM "NSTonAIM" and talk to him about it... I believe due to space issues you cannot make the crank larger enough to do any good. Forget warranty if you want power.
