He won't post here. It was done a long time ago though. You are just going to have to wait for the vid of us racing.

 

thats too bad. i know a lot of people on here really like his car. myself included. and didnt you say that he just got it back yesterday? is it finally complete? cause it would be nice for him to finally have a chance to enjoy it.

 

It was finally completed months ago. But yeah, its in his garage. He is smart and doesn't post here. I have seen the dyno sheet. I was wrong about the 542whp (I will let him tell you what they are if he wants). 542whp was on the SPA turbo (you know, the one everyone was saying was a POS turbo).....hence the reason why he doesn't like posting here. After the SPA, they switched to the GTK 550.

Kenny tuned it..(you know, the guy that can't tune anything worth mentioning, or tuned that Turbo Toyotas car to make less power...lol).

his last post went pretty well from what i remember. except for one kid calling it a dyno queen. apart from that everyone loved it.

 

So then what's the problem? Who cares if it's a dyno Queen or track *****? If it's done well and he's happy then he should be proud.

 

I can neither confirm nor deny that... But 555whp does sound good coming off the tongue... Wish it was my numbers. Guess I can live through his car until I can get on that level....

 

I remember the kid calling it a dyno queen. BUT I also remember the comments about the Manifold. It was either Todd or Dezod commenting about it being inefficient. The other negative comments were about the SPA turbo they decided to use the first go around. Dezod I believe were the ones commenting on how crappy of a turbo it was, yet it made 542whp. I believe it was the spooling characteristics of the turbo that did not satisfy Kenny enough, so they changed things and went with the GTK line.

This site is very quick to criticize people for doing something different, when they, themselves have not even achieved that level of performance yet. Kinda like judging a book by its cover. After while it gets annoying, and some people rather just not deal with it at all.

 

From what I gather, he is happy. Happiness don't make you want to tolerate the antics of SL though.

 

WAs that the nice white tc on turbochargers? thats badass, I wanna see how it runs.. It was still there when I got tuned.. Get your hydra first trav before you race him!
