i'm still blaming installation...not bashing you directly, justsomething happened during install...i'm still gonna put my NST pulley on saturday, noone of thisw changes my mind

We really need a sticky regarding pulleys, to keep the pure number (watch out for pulleys) or (whats the pulley do) threads down....this is gettin ridiculous

I am not sure what the issue is here...The pulley is damaged the said damage will not cause the pulley to operate different or cause engine damage. This could have happen at time of install it could have happened when uninstalled at this point who knows.


I have stated a few times if you would like a new one I will replace it reagardless of fault. If you would like your money back send me a tracking number and i will Paypal it over.

I do not feel that there is any question about the pulley design or quality. We have sold several hundred of these with no issue.

I'm more then willing to send them my pulley if they will refund my money. I respect them for going this far to make a customer happy. Thumbs up for that.
