Guys (and gals) check your pcv valve and make sure it seals, if you can blow through the hose end your leaking boost into your valve cover. I would replace the pcv valve once a year or atleast check it. I found a leaky pcv on marcials car today keeping him from reaching full 8.7psi.

why yes ther is...personaly i would ditch the pcv, rethread vc to accept an fitting, route hose from vc to a catch can and leaving the catch can i would tap into the turbo intake pipe after the maf (if not running a blow through set up. thats just me though.
So Chris, I found out this was my problem all along. I hit 8psi from the second I touch the pedal, plus I went from 22mpg to 29. PCV fail + my fail to even consider that an issue = sad panda. I did find out that my car can handle 17psi earlier after that it stalls. Before changing the PCV I would hit 14 and fail. Not sure if it is the total max out on the injectores, max for the turbo, or max for the transmission. Probably a bit of all...

...good grief...i didnt set the fuel map up for that high of boost. anything after that i took alot of timeing out and dumped fuel. prolly ran fairly rich for a sec till it ran out of fuel i bet.
I thought you were tuning. I offered a 19inch lcd also but you said no. It is property of BP but you can use it if you need it. I just cleaned out all the other stuff in there so it has nothing but win 7 and AEM software.

you rock...i couldnt really do any tuning...after i fixed the leak the afrs were a little off but i couldnt do anything about it till i got the scangauge back. its kinda late so marcial just left. I told him id be around katy in a week or two, depends on when you get your stuff. Id rather have a full day in katy instead of just a few min.
Yea it will need to be a full day. Gonna try to get you to do the motor mounts also... Depends on if I get an email from Paul or not. If I do I am gonna change my plans... ALOT... to get the parts I need for that item, like a new WG and another harness to scavenge off of. Plus dyno time.
My down pipe and I/C pipe aren't bad it's just ugly.

i may have to check this out on my car. the boost controller is set for almost 17 psi but the boost only goes up to 13 psi. also the wastegate does not open, and the turbo spools slower. so im pretty sure i have a boost leak somewhere.
Sounds like you have a leaking BOV, or coupler!
