They were mad cool about it, thier young cats. They asked me if i wanted them to modifie it to fit since i didnt have my stock airbox anymore. They didnt even charge me for doing it. Its on the bill that they did it so they cant void my warranty.

So you have both the pulley and the modified Injen with no trouble... what is your AFR?

How's it working?

Do you have the 9.5lb pulley?

I was under the impression that it would lead to the eventual detonation ... like it would run fine then when the conditions were right you'd go way lean and boom.

I was also told that the Injen would work because it is the correct size at the MAF allowing close to oem air flow around the sensor.

^ Its either 2.75 or 2.5 ... same as the oem pipe.

I think I'm gonna get a new Wideband AFR gauge and try it out with the 9.5lb pulley.

i used a hacksaw lol . with a blade that can cut metal . intake tubes are really easy to cut . make sure you cut it straight though lol . it makes the bpv louder . and you get that nice intake sound. i dont have a wideband yet . if things get funky ill get one though

oh and dont forget to file down the metal shavings after you cut it . and clean out the inside of the pipe so nothing will get into your engine . that would be bad

Hows the intake doing?
Now that I have my new 'revised' SC and I'm sticking with 7lbs this time, I'm considering buying an injen and chopping it.

Ive been running the MMW S/C intake for about 5000 miles now and have even taken to it to the track. I have the 9.5 psi pulley and im running good.

I recently installed a header also and when i looked at my stock header i noticed a little bit of wide residue in ports 3 and 4. So i was running a bit lean, but appreantly not enough to cause any damage.

do you think that it would've caused a problem if you kept the stock headers and kept running the supercharger w/ the mmw intake for a couple of more months?

how much was the intake btw?

i keep seeing the weapon r s/c intake for sale for about $220.
