Default Welding Aluminum IC Pipes

So I would like to get my IC pipes welded together considering I made customer ones. I want to eliminate as many joints/couplers as possible. Is anyone familiar with aluminum rod/stick welding with a simple propane torch??? Any ideas helpful.

Holy ____. Haha, That's the hardest and most expensive type of welding. 'd love to help if you lived closer.

You have them cut and marked ready to weld? I can TIG them for you and pressure test to ensure no leaks.

The shortcut methods you listed do not work properly.

I am located at 12547

Seems like you're trying to learn how to weld in the process of getting you're IC pipes together; but if you are also looking for shops that can do so I would consider Street Tuned Motorsports. Their shop is located in Avon, NY (basically Rochester, NY) so it's not too far from you. They can TIG weld your pipes no problem. That's where I get all my custom fab work done and they do a good job without any BS.
