After talking with my co-workers it is looking like Jan. I will get pictures. If things go well here up to my R&R there are really big plans for the ride. All I am going to say at the end of my vacation I should be taking my car to Jotech and dropping it off before I fly back here.

Default Where are my missing TT parts?

Where are the missing turbo kit parts TT? Seriously, if I were back home right now I would ship everything back to you and get my money back. This is very uncool business practices. You need to be up front with all of your customers and say something like typically 4-6 week build but I am backed up so its 15-20 week build.

Missing parts. I am not sure what exactly is missing but my mom could tell me the IC pipes were not there only the DP. She has tried to send me pictures but can't get them to go through.

That would be a huge help when both of you have time and can catch my parents there.

Part run down that I know should be there:

Equal length manifold V-band style
GT35R ball bearing Garrett turbo
3" Downpipe
Intercooler
HKS Special Edition Black SSQV
Tial 44mm Waste gate
Stainless braded; oil feed, oil return, and coolant hoses
oil pan with fitting welded in already
Not sure how many IC pipes someone's TT kit they showed me had 4
T-bolt clamps
Hose couplers
possibly dump tube
3" Air intake with K&N filter
Vacuum log
Walboro 255LPH pump
Bolts, nuts, etc.
The kit should be powder coated black including pipes.

I might be over looking something but these parts should definately be there.

You can not run a competitive business where you take thousands of dollars from customers, tell them it will be ready in X amount of weeks, and then never deliver for the deadline.

Excuses do not put product in customer's hands and I'm sorry this happened to you. At least the method of going public seems to be helping people get some stuff.

If you missing that much stuff in your kit I'm really sorry this has happened to you. Please let us know how this pans out.

To those providing excuses for Todd, I agree that loyal customers should be loyal and defend what they like. Constantly offering reasons why someone is out of thousands of dollars without getting anything back can only go so far. I can see if it's a $200 spring package, but a full turbo kit? That's too much to push someone around.

Thank you.

Bringing this out in public was the last choice always. Every time he doesn't respond I give him multiple days. This time I emailed him on the 3rd, 4th, and the 8th. I have text message him and also contacted him through his website. I always use this as a last resort.

I know he's a busy man. It took him a few months to get back to me before lol.

Aen... I'm in Mesa, AZ. Actually pretty close to Todd's where-abouts.

I've been working on my Mazda and the GSX. The GSX for the yuppies that like to drag , the RX-8 for a road race car.
