I'm messing with you. My girlfriend is from the bay, and everytime she says that, I say "gross".

I really like these gauges...

Eh those gauges look too Honda type if that makes any sense. But yeah I used to say grosss a lot too LOL. I'm from sac town so hey! Anyways, about those gauges, the face looks too generic. ( the white one that is, black one looks fine! )

I'll probably end up getting rid of the autometers. i really want the defi's i just cant justify spending 150 on a gauge that you'll only move the needle to 8 - 12 psi. it just makes it visually harder to check. 30psi is a bit overkill when you don't ever plan on running close to that in the beggining.

Autometer is not crap at all...they're known as one of the better gauge brands out there. The reason YOU think they're cheap and that they bounce around a lot and what not...is probably because it's the mechanical ones. As with any good gauge, you should get the electrical ones because they are much more accurate and have better craftmanship in the mechanics of the gauge. I have autometer wideband and EGT gauges and they were by no means cheap, and they are very accurate. I have no bouncing of the needles or any problems with them. together, these gauges cost around 400+...i don't remember the exact cost. Just remember, you get what you pay for. Here's the pics of mine...

Well Jay, I got 3 of them and they are just fine to me. Maybe you should wear your glasses when you look at them because I don't have a hard time seeing it. By the way, I plan on hitting 30 PSI in 2 years.

What totally sucks is that brightness is double in the intro. How can I make the brightness stay bright as the intro?

Butt doesn't start with a vowel, so you can't say an. You even can't do the simplest grammar. Shame.

You mean a video clip? Pictures don't really show the intro stuff. It's nice and all, bright intro, but when it stops, it's half of the brightness. How can I fix that? We only have a 12V source I think.

Sounds like HID's. Turn them on and for a split second you've got 10x the output, then it just goes to bleh lol.

Don't they have a dimmer switch? For 150-250 a gauge, you'd think it would come with one..

if installed right mechanical and electrical gauges can be equally as accurate, for higher quality gauges it does not matter
