Default What should I do?

So long story short i was clocking my turbo while getting the compressor housing on this happened and i dont know if its still usable or not.... it wasnt my fault and if its not usable i dont have to pay for it.What should I do?-p1010025.jpg

did you drop it? contact the shipper and say it was damaged in shipping. it hasnt been on the car so there shouldnt be an issue.

haha well my dad was helping me clock it and we got the compressor housing off and got it into the right position and i went to grab my pliers and i came back down and he had a peace of wood on it and was hitting it with a hammer to get the housing back into place.

don't tell them that. send it back as damaged. don't do anything else or try to fix it. send it back say it came that way. and don't let your dad touch your next turbo.

OUCH!! Unfortunately Dad was using the wrong approach this time. Yeah tell Dad no more toys for you. If it is a Garret, Precision or T'netics call them and ask them how much to have it serviced.
If it's a off brand just pick up another on ebay and next time ask a friend or shop that has experience with turbo's to assist you.

I dont know man, fraud isnt the way to go about getting that fixed. His dad should give him the money for it.

Yeah idn what I'm gonna do but I did just mess a deer up I'n his truck last night so if it could be done for free that would be nice

Well when you put it that way yea it is defiantly wrong.

You could always call up the company and tell them what happened and ask if they will put a new back plate on the turbo. It shouldn't be much for that and a balance
