An intercooler is not required for the stage0. Its not running a high enough amount of boost for it to function properly the gains will be minmal if any()which is why zpi doesnt include it with theres). But look on ZPIs website and its the smallest one if you want to look at the measurements if you really do want one.

i'm thinkin about the stage 0 kit as well. i would only do it with an intercooler...just seems like temperatures under the hood would get way to high. Does the zpi ones on their website come with everything you need? anyone have numbers of intercooled stage 0 and non-cooled stage 0? two different people would work...

I dynoed 215whp and 196tq with i/c and stock exhuast on an a/t tC. But zpi told me that it really doesnt make a differnee because its such a low level of boost. Does it get hot underneath yes. mater of fack my my fireshiled has a huge hole from where the wastegate burned it but on the new modles of the stage 0 you should have have a problem.

The one I am running i believe is the second to largest one(sorry not to sure it came with the kit when i bought of the person who sold it to me) but its freakin huge if you do want to runa fmic i highly reccmend the small one its more then enough for the stage 0 and i believe its the one they ship with the stage 1
