You're most likely going to be running different levels of boost so it really wouldnt be running all to well.

If you use just the TRD flash for engine management and a turbo it wont work well. If you know what the TRD reflash entails, then you can pull timing and adjust fuel accordingly with the piggy back unit you would have from the kit you bought.

so only the dealer can reflashe it bak to normal right, but if i get a turbo kit that come with emanage and a pre map loaded already that should overwrite the existing reflashed rite.

No i dont think it will overwrite.. the piggyback is a different system, the reflashed ecu has a different tune than stock, if paired with the piggyback it will not work well with the altered ecu. I wonder how much toyota charge to retune back the ecu. If it cost a lot then you might be better of getting a used ecu

Ace is correct.

The piggy back ECUs only alter signals going in and out of the original factory ECU. Because you have a reflashed ECU, the adjustments will be different than what most people on here have, so any existing tune will not work on yours. I'd say you're better off going back to stock so things can be easier in the long run.
