idk wat this guys deal is.. i never knew anything about todd till i started reading all the threads about tt..then everything startd to make since.. i prolly ordered my kit around april and ever since then all ive been hearing is.. its comin.. or at the coaters and cant get ahold of them or there on vacation. and then he nevers answers emails or calls or text. and now i finally got my first package which is the IC with couplers and then another which has stuff in from locash racing and cooling fans for a honda? Honda parts! come on seriously and im bought just to give up on it and get my money back and get another kit.. this is bs! i mean ur supposed to be able to get intouch with these people . wat kinda service is that. no straight answers bein played around on. seriosuly feel like bein hustled. i mean ive been in iraq for the past year gettin ready to come home and all i wanna do is enjoy my tc with a turbo and now i gotta wait mroe and more months for parts. hell no. this s**t comes to an end. idk wat else am i supposed to do. im seriosul bout to just say f*** it and get my money back. any suggestions , comments, concerns, .??

as far as a lawyer, you may not need one. talk to the JAG and see if they help guide you in the right direction for getting your money back

i'd look into small claims court, i think the award limit is 5k. i'd get a power of attorney with someone you can trust and get the ball rolling on getting your money returned. you can designate what you want the p.o.a to be for i believe. if you have a JAG (which i'm sure you do, if you're on a base over there) they could probably help you out with that. R&R may not be what you imagined it to be, but i'd rather have my $4700 back.

make sure you have everything that he sent together and your proof of purchase. any texts, emails and voice messages will also help out in your favor. in any case, don't threaten, yell or cuss in anything you send/leave. you want to paint the whole picture in your favor. it's an easy case, you don't need a lawyer.

yea we do.. but ill be goin to kuwait in like five days.. not really anytime.. the one thats assigned to our battalion is in another city.. and it takes an act of congresss to get them out here... u gotta really f*** up to get them out here. but still u would think after all thre people hes done this too and then and all the complaints agaisnt him.. he would do something diff or wtf.. i always heeard they had a good rep on make bad a** turbo kits but never heard any of this trash... he still wont answer my text or emails haha

 

Sorry to hear about your situation man. This is poor business practice if you can't supply the good's promised to a customer then don't take any money and make empty promises. I hope you get a refund 4k is pretty expensive even if your in the services. Good luck man this let's people know STAY CLEAR FROM DOING BUSINESS WITH TURBO TOYOTAS very unprofessional service.

 

the cooling fans are prolly universal but should fit, with some kits you have to downgrade to a smaller fan or flip em over to the otherside of the radiator. just an fyi when you order a 255lph fuel pump most likely it will be labeled for a honda (just depends on where you get it from) but its universal. so your waiting on turbo, mani, intercooler, injectors, air filter, and engine managment?

 

even if he doesn't answer it's still evidence. it may be worst for him that he didn't answer, proves the lack of customer service

 

i have the intercooler and thats it... its the vacumm block jst has locash racing on it.. which is honda and acura.. dont know y.. and yea waiting on everything else.
