Does anyone know what the ZPI stage 0 kit will run the 1/4 mile in an automatic? Also 0-60? And if anyone has any dyno sheets fromt this kit on their auto it would be greatly appreciated. Vids would be sweet too!! thanks.

just letting ihaveatc know that i appreciated your humor...

Turbocustomz... you know that your opinion on this matter would be a foundation... given your setup...

Us auto guys are wondering what to do... there is 3 forced induction options

1. Supercharger (3500 installed, 180hp estimate)

2. ZPI Tubo (3000 installed, 200 hp estimate)

3. the new dezod turbo (5000 installed, 175 hp CONFIRMED)

now this is the ZPI thread, so considering the specs make it too good to be true, we are all just LOOKING for feedback to guide us other than the WORD of ZPI themselves...

To be completely honest with you, I have seen dyno numbers on ZPI customer kits first hand range anywhere from 195whp up to 296 wheel horsepower on a boost range of 6-12 psi respectively.

I do not know what the ability of the automatic transmission actually is. As far as I am aware, no one has blown one up yet or really experienced any REAL problems with one to date. (Please correct me if I am wrong). I know there was a lot of hype about parts that you "have to have" if you have an auto but when I questioned what actually BROKE, i got no answer.

Im in the middle of a fairly substantial auto build-up and have sourced after-market converters and clutch packs along with an esk for this customer if he so chooses to purchase them. If not, I guess I will finally get some hands on experience with a stock auto tranny and some serious HP numbers.

I would venture to say its not un-common to get a safe 250 whp through any of these kits. A complete guess would be all things equal with only an auto being the difference to eat up the power that you auto guys would see around 230-235 whp on a 250 whp 5 speed setup. (I hope that made sense)

Jeff our auto guy dyno'd at 175/170 on a pig rig base tune and a stock exhaust at 5 PSI. He has yet to be in touch with me bout graphs or anything else. He is supposed to be getting retuned too. No word on that either.

I would really like to hear str8 up from guys who are running these kits today. I want to know if they like them, how the cqar pulls, 0-60 times and 1/4 mile times. If anyone has a video that would be sweet too. I also want to know if people are using the greddy e-manage ultimate with their setups. Kenny told me that he can basically do what the esk was supposed to do with the E-manage ultimate. I just need to know if this kit is worth it. If anyone can tell me ur specs it would be greatly appreciated. Thans!!

I can let you know in 2 weeks how my ZPI auto turbo is. I get it back the 30th of this month after 4 months of it being at the ZPI shop what can i say i am very pacient and havign it upgraded quite a bit. Here is a brief list of mods on my setup. And i cannot confirm the numbers yet. Kenny said he will tune it to 8PSI until i get the vavle body upgrade. His estimated numbers were in the 250-280 range and shoudl be over 300whp with 10psi.

Stage 1 Head
ZPI Intercooler
Hi Performance Tranny Cooler
Upgraded Fuel Rail
550cc Injectors
Tuned With an eManage Ultimate w/ ESK

Try to find it. VERY curious.....

Peteyd how was the car dynod? In D? In 3rd? I have dyno'd autos several times, and know there is and can be tons of quirks witrh power recording especially if you do not have a sophisiticated EMS and/or transmission controller.
