Default ZPI Customers?

How many of you have a Kit from ZPI?

And what was your Customer service like?

and? It's only been discussed on here hundreds of times. Lots of people have kits, and the service just depends on the person's attitude, expectations of the company, and if ZPI is missing a part that is not instock. I have not dealt with them yet, but I will in the future if thats any consolation for you. I plan on using Dezod and ZPI parts when I start my main mods. ZPI's issues were when they first started business back in like 05 I think. Lot's of waiting, as in months, I believe its a smooth operation now.

I'm going to be a jerk here and point out the button. Nothing personal Quinten, but you are going to start a flame war over something you could taken 10 seconds to search for. Please read this thread--> https://www.scionlife.com/forums/vie...rvice&&start=0

Let's put it this way...a lot of people have bad feelings with the company because when they were first starting out, shipping and supply and demand were problems and it ____ed a lot of inpatient people off. I personally have never dealt with ZPI (yet) but i have heard way more good things than bad and u know what...they know the tC inside and out and that is what they do! I would recommend them from what i've seen

I'm glad you found the thread, but you didn't search too hard for it. All you needed to do was enter "ZPI Customer Service" in the search box and you would have seen that thread on the first page in the "Buyer/Seller Experiences" forum. As you read (and judging from your post there) this is a very touchy subject on ScionLife.

My suggestion is you give them one more call to request shipping information or a refund. If you don't get the answers you require, dispute the charge on your debit/credit card. If you didn't use one, it sucks to be you right now.

Well, i dont no anybody elses experience with them, but i have their stage 0 kit and i couldnt be any happier. I love it! As far as their customer service, it is great! They always have time for my dumb questions, lol, and they always keep me updated on any products that i buy from them. Hell, they even email me the tracking #'s! I love their service and i will be definitely keep doing business with them! Just my personal experience with them! Kenny, Sean, and the whole ZPI staff are good peeps and they do a great job!
