3yrs of constant abuse on the same motor. Was ready to drop another stocker in. It gave me a reason to test the two step on the E-Ultimate. So I sent it to the Mechanical Gods in the name of Exploration.

 

Same boat here, ppl ask questions, some say it had it coming because it's a tc, but it really comes down to constant abuse n wanting to see it finally go

 

Gotcha, so the 2step feature on the ultimate blew it up? Scary.

 

possibly because the 2 step on the emanage sucks

 

The car was not tuned. Was set to 4k RPM's and boost was approaching 10psi. There are plenty of people using 2 step on the Ultimate. The tC doesn't seem to like anything below 4k rpms when it comes to 2step on anything (WOT box, Ultimate, Standalones...etc). If it's below 4k rpms, seems as it bounces and then falls flat, then bounces again and flat. If it's at 4k though, it's like a machine gun...
