The red wastegate spring is for 5.8PSI the wastegate comes stock with a gold 9PSI spring. You are crazy to run a stage zero at 9PSI that's a little on the risky side...

Do as search for stage 0 and clocking the turbo I believe that Keon's Stage 0 DIY has pictures on clocking the turbo. There is a small pin on the bearing cartridge that needs to be removed. Open up the v-band clamp and you will see it on the turbine side of the turbo. There is also a small flat-head pin alsmost looks like a small 4-40 screw with no threads on the cold side of the turbo(compressor). When you remove the snap-ring you will see it. Both pins need to be removed so theturbo lines up properly when installed in the car.

The car will haul ___ with the turbo -If you don't feel a lot of power then the turbo is not spooling up and you have an install issue. Do you have a boost gauge? At what RPM does the boost come on?

Eliminate the small things and check for leaks.

Check the intake pipe to turbo outlet.

Check the wastegate for sufficient vacuum pressure.

If everything lines up then it's probably not a big deal. To be sure go and take the intake pipe off and make sure the compressor wheel will spin smooth as silk.

You may have other problems with fuel and/or MAF system. Do you have any CEL? What does the computer say is wrong?

Don't beat on the car until you find out what is wrong.

Call ZPI they may be able to point you in the right direction.

I think ur tryin to troubleshoot the wrong things , u installed a turbo kit not a new throttle body and MAF . ,

u need to atleast have a boost gauge . thats where the troubleshooting should begin .

the turbo may not even be spinning .
