Yep, new exhaust manifold gasket. The problem seems to be around the oil return gasket/flange that gets hexed into the turbo housing.

put some high temp silicone on the threads of the oil return line, that'll solve your problem. Also, is the gasket damaged that mates up to the oil return port on the turbo itself? If so, buy some gasket paper and dab a small amount of high temp silicone on it to help ensure a nice tight seal. I too had some oil leaks with that damned oil return line. It happens. GL fixing it. Keep us posted.

Is it ok to clock the turbo again so I can get to the oil return line fitting on the turbo (it currently sits underneath the turbo and is very hard to get to in its current position).

I dont see why not. Mine was such a pain. I had to buy a couple super skinny extensions to get to the bolts. Talk about testing my patience LOL. BUt now no leak what so ever :D. Wish I would have though about clocking the tubo. I don't think I have enough room though.

Well I'll have to remove the charge piping and see if I can clock it enough to reach it. I just want this darn leak to stop.

he can beat the mazda speed. the driver is still getting used to drving the car and it has less than 1000 miles on it. he raced it way too early. even with a better driver though, he could take the mazda.

Nice! I finally saw a mazdaSpeed 3 up close last night at the gym. It looked like it had recaros in the front AND the back, but when I looked closer, I noticed it was a pair of child seats in the back!

The MAF piping it comes with is engineered to run rich. Kenny told me the way the piping is made, it runs richer on a stock ecu (which is a good thing).

Also is the stage 0 kit right at 6psi, or is it around that ? Or do you have to make adjustments to it? With maybe a boost controller or adjusting the wastegate?
