Congrats. I just got mine today. Did your kit come with everything? I'm missing some things out of mine such as the turbo manifold and oil pan.

when i bought mine, it was advertised that it did. as well as a tial wastegate. not this turbo concepts. Its a nice wastegate, but it isn't a tial. It isn't what was advertised.

Alright guys and girls this is what Hillbilly aka Danny Bower V.P of Buisness Affairs for ZPI wrote in the Official ZPI Disscusion thread.

So make sure you do this if you are missing items, so they can get you taken care of A.S.A.P.

I'm sure no one will be complaining once their kits are on, i'm sure no one is complaining about their price and I'm also sure that ZPI VP just stated he'd make everything right... Either you guys are new to tuning or you just don't understand... Development takes a while and a Good product takes time too, ESPECIALLY on a two year old platform. Sorry but I've waited a year for my Veilside body kit that came broke, and you know what??? Veilside made it right and I was happy becaues I knew I was dealing with the best product and it was worth the wait... Plus a company who messes up and makes it right will work harder for you on the next order (maybe even discounts) My two cents no one has to agree

I agree^^^ with you.. It sucks that anything is missing from the boxes, beleive me im sure ZPI will be mad at themselves that stuff is missing, its not like they did it on purpose. But im sure they will fix any of their mistakes and get everbody taken care of that is missing items. But you are gonna have to contact them (call or email) so that they know exactly what is missing....

How do you ship out a turbo kit and forget the turbo and manifold?

The same way when I bought a dinning room table and chairs from Target the company forgot to put the table top in, $hit happens and the company took care of me and overnighted a table top to me. Im not making excuses for them Charles, im just saying they will take care of the issues that come up with missing items. Even with your differences with them you and I both know they are good people and will take care of their customers.

why does it always have to be a conspiracy theory...

not making an excuse, but YOU DO know that they are not the ONLY company on here to either forget a part, or ship items with the kit on a separate transaction...

How about you just make the call, get what you might be missing, and be boosted by the fastest kit on SL.

I split some posts from this thread. There is an "Official ZPI thread" to discuss any issues one has with ZPI. This particular thread is about wtc_81's happiness that he received his turbo kit.

Please refer to this thread for other concerns:
