Yes, Wideband is recommended.. We like the Innovate stuff these days.. the XD-1 kit is my fave.

Looks sweet, but i'm waiting for my 3 gauge pillar pod to come in, so I might as well just hook my boost gauge in to it. I was interested in something like that, but wouldn't know how to route the boost gauge wires to the engine. But my boost gauge is an autometer as well.

You're thinking narrow band. Wideband with a dedicated 02 sensor and you can see the mixture as good as your ECU can see it. The narrow band one, if hooked into the existing wideband sensor just jumps around.

Would you even be able to adjust it or would I need something else to do that?

Wideband simply allows you to monitor your air fuel. To adjust it , you'd need a fuel controller.. such as an eManage.

The stage 0 will maintain a good a/f ratio on stock boost.

Might as well save an opening for a wide band.

You get the stage 0 and in 3 months it kicks in. It's a deadly condition with few cures. It's called boostitis.

You will realize by Spring time that you can double your boost pretty easily.

Just thought I'd give everyone another update on my kit. It's now the 21st and still no word on whether they got the turbo or when my kit's gonna be shipped out?

well why don't you just do forged intoernals and up size the turbo a bit like me...lol

Well to "up size the turbo" I would at least need a turbo to begin with.

We are currently awaiting our new shipment of turbos. These are taking a little longer than expected as we were hoping to have the next batch of kits out by Christmas. As for the rest of the kit, they're ready to go including shipping labels! As you guys know, anyone with a turbo kit on order is more than welcome to call, AIM, or email us anytime for an update.
