Thanks bro. Yeah, I'm at work right now, so I will post what I can when we get home. And yeah, the weather was a B!tch. Tornado's came rippin through the day before. The turnout at the track was not the greatest. Partly due to weather, partly due to location (KY), partly due to some bias agendas for ZPI, who knows. But at the same time, we got to go down the 1320 what seemed like a BILLION times, as we had the Track all to ourselves. Can't get any better than that. Sunday's turnout was better, it was Sunny and beautiful GO FIGURE!

You can always say you run this and run that, no slip, i dont believe. And even showing me slips wont really "own me", It will satisfy me because I enjoy reading slips, plus its valid proof.

We didn't take the turbo home with us, as we will be back in KY in 2 weeks to have it installed with the rest that comes with a ZPI Stage 1. Can you make it to the Aug. ShootOut? You guys should come, cause in Aug, I think the most dominant class will be the F/I one. As opposed to it being N/A this time around. I'm pretty sure that everyone who ran this past Sat. will more than likely have some form of F/I come Aug. It will be very competative. N/A was hella competative.

First off, just because my post count isn't almost 1500 doesn't make me a noob. If that's the opinion you want to take, fine, everyone is entitled to an opinion.

Noob is such a loose term. Sure, I'm a "noob" since I have a measly 88 posts. That doesn't mean that I don't know a thing about cars, don't do my own work, or don't understand how to do something to a car that has never been done before.

I remember the post of 300 people... so what? Not nearly as many showed up. It was a hopeful count, but it didn't happen. Blame the weather, blame the location, whatever. Mute point.

Like I said, wait for the slips. The track was open to only the Scions from 8:30am til like 3:30pm or so when we all left. So, since you like math so well,

Lots of 1/4 runs
+lots of slips to go through
+lots of video footage to go through
+lots of pictures to go through
More time to disect important information

So just be patient with the time slips already. You'll get your "satisfaction" as you put it. If you don't want the "sammich", throw it in the trash.

Hey Dezod_Boosted_STi, are you guys going to be coming to the shootout in AUG if ZPI holds another? Im curious to see what you guys are doing, you have been rather quiet on the boards lately, though Joe did update SOMEWHAT.

hey guys we had a blast with you all...thanks to all of you who ventured out in the weather. we will most definitely me doing another in august. august should give everyone more time to schedule and prepare and hopefully we'll be prepared so we can get some sleep the night before!

lol dont worry bro i picked up on urs eh, UTI is a decent school. i'll graduate with an Assoc. Degree in Automotive Technology upon graduation in November, thinking about goin for my bachelor's degree for service writing. we'll see though, it would be nice to work for another aftermarket shop again I miss eXtreme Motorsports.

At these shootouts, is it normal to fake your 1/4 mile time to win?

Because if everyone's cool with it, I can stage with my rear tires where my front tires should be.. I just hope no one notices my 1.5 60' time, that would really give it away that I'm full of sh.t.

 

I drove past a church that had the side ripped off it, right along I-65. I have pictures if anyone wants to see it... there were people inside, but thankfully on the other side of the church! I'm glad we stopped in Knoxville when we did, otherwise I could've been wrapped around a tree somewhere!

Hopefully I'll be able to go to the one in August... depends on my work schedule and if I will be able to get the time off... although I will still be NA. Maybe I'll get some better tires though...

I'd say 60' times will only go up, not down. I'll be there for the first time Travis launches the turbo car and pulls down a massive 3 second 60'

I cut a 1.7 60' with not much more power than them, so I know it's possible.
