I wish I could make it. Too far of a drive for me. Google says it's only about 12 hours 47 mins (719 miles). Wish I could come, I love racing. Be sure to post pics of the event.

Damn IT! Kenny....This is the say day as the show here in Mufreesboro! How am I going to do 2 shows on the same day? Guess I will have to come up on Sunday to see the cars. I want to drag though! WHY? WHY? WHY? How about making it the weekend after the April 15th weekend?

 

If you've never been to an event at Beech Bend, you should really try to be at this one. It's the perfect place for a "gathering" like this. It has covered seating, a huge shaded parking area, and NICE air conditioned bathrooms! The bathrooms alone are worth the 10hr drive, IMHO.

We have already paid our $20 entry fee for the show here. It's only $20 but that's less than what I would have. MAN! Looks like we will be skipping the local show to come to the track there. Damn you guys... I only have the exhaust hooked up, but I still would love to go down the 1/4. I will be de-virginized from the 1/4 mile track on that day, as I have never been down one before.
