Default ZPIracing Vacuum Block

How many of you guys have the ZPIracing vacuum block? How long did it take before you get it? I ordered mine back on Dec.10 and still nothing. I called them and they said check back tomorrow. I e-mail them twice and still did not get an answer. Should have known better than to buy from those people. Dezod, you guys are GREAT. Keep up the good work, will be doing more business with you guys not like some other company(Zero Point ).

They might not have called you today because they had to evacuate the shop due to a train wreck today.

All of this calling and e-mail was done sometime last week not today.

oh, ok. Well They are a pretty busy shop, and have lots of things to do to stay on top of things. Im sure its nothing more than a misunderstanding. Call the shop tommarow, and see whats going on. either sean or kenny will be able to let you know.

I ordered parts just like you and didnt see anything for 4 months. During those 4 months I called dozens of time emailed to, It took me a hour and a half drive down there to get my money. If a shop is to busy to ship out a small block then why would they advertise the products anyways.

I'm really disappointed with ZPI. I've never heard anything seriously wrong with their products or the parts they sell, but their costumer service is what's killing them. No matter how busy of a shop they are, you'd think they'd give the heads up to the paying costumer if there's ever a problem with getting a part out on time.

Product shipped today. I apologize for whoever you emailed and were not receiving responses from. Vacuum blocks are typically instock, there must have been an issue with the actual barb vendor. Regardless, you should have received a response.

For reference, anyone emailing me at keisha@thescionstore.com needs to also copy Sean or Kenny on the email as I'm not able to check these but once per week.

We have had shipping delays in the past for the most part this is an issue of the past. We are shipping almost every item in our catalog within in 48hr including turbo kits. We will always be delayed on something’s as they are made to order or we depend on other vendors to help up keep up with the demand. We have made great strives in this area and we continue to improve our shipping time all the time as this is a huge priority for us.

A vacuum block is not something that should have taken a month to ship, I agree. No excuse or reason it should not have taken that long. In all fairness though your month is broken up with a lot of holidays that we where closed but either way you should have got it before the holidays.

As far as bobstc you ordered a carbon fiber hood that we could not get. We told you we could not get it, carbon fiber was on a world wide back order. When you came down to get your check I know it was waiting from the bank certified. We did not even know you where coming it was leaving that day anyway. You waited all that time for the product and you know of the wait. I think it is ridicules that you change the situation so it makes for a better story.
We have always been upfront and honest with our delays and we can do nothing more. You do not see post about our cars blowing up, parts sucking etc…if all we have to work on is shipping and not quality I think we are miles ahead of the competition.

ZPI will make things right with any of you that have had problems, i'm sure. They may not be the fastest at shipping, but their products are top notch! I know how you guys feel about them not responding and taking to long to ship, but i will back ZPI and let you all know that they are super busy, and will not blow people off. It might seem like that at times, but i can assure you that isn't the case. like someone mentioned before.... good things come to those who wait =) And like Kenny said... you don't hear about thier ____ blowing up, breaking, or any bad news for that matter.

Well im not the only person that expeirced the same thing with your company! I Contacted the carbon fiber company they didnt recieve any order for a carbon fiber hood from you or with my last name on it. They told me to go direct with them. My brother ordered the same motor fx carbon fiber hood threw the same company direct and recieved it in 2 weeks.

Hey This may be a stupid idea but.....if you have a problem with ZPI why don't you deal with it privately instead of going on a bash-fest......maybe I'm behind on times and bashing someone is the only way to settle stuff but....I doubt it....and before you jump down my throat and say i dont know anything I had some problems with zpi but Keisha and Shawn and the rest of the gang and I discussed everything and they worked their A$$ off to right it and they did...Now I'm out spankin SRT-4's with my ZPI powerhouse of a Turbo Kit
