I wasn't real happy with it when I bought it, but that's due in part to the fact I've never not had a leather shift ****, and this is the first of the last 7 cars I've owned that I put a short shifter in.

After I had it for a week, I'm never going back.

jus a little word of advice to everyone moddin shifters ........DONT EVER CUT THE SHIFTER SHAFT.....and i wouldn't leave out any spacers either....cutting shafts of shifters puts extra stress on the bushings inside the transmission because the distance of your hand moving is now even shorter and closer in length the the actual throw of the shaft below the boot.....a shifter is a physical lever and messing with the design will work parts too hard.....

but hey wat do i know....go do it an jus find out....

i rock a b&m shrt shftr its great and i wanted to chop it.........but i got edumacated

i'd really love to get this one, i like the look of a silverish ball that doesn't sit high. kind of like the twm m1 abrams, but not so expensive. i just don't know about the durability of this, if it will scratch to hell or not.

The thread size of manual Scions is M12x1.25, automatics are M8x1.25.

Here are some pics of our new ***** that can be installed on both auto or manual tCs, available at TWM Shift *****:

I hope this helps,

Kevin

Kevin,
Friend of mine gave me this idea and i've been looking at possible options, to get a shift **** that matches my NBM paint. Do you think that would be possible at all?

Anybody strip the plastic adapter inside their OBX shift ****? I had taken it off to install some shifter & cubby LED's and when I put it back I guess I over tightened it. Why don't they make these metal? I don't seem to see anyplace I can get a replacment adapter, any ideas?
