In the package I received 20 green LEDs and 1 red and 1 Blue LED. Where does the Red and Blue LED go?

I hope you received a package of resistors and a voltage regulator IC as well. I just point this out because some scammers are selling kits on ebay stating "no resistor change needed" which is complete BS. It will come out super dim. I have sold more than one kit to people due to them falling for that one

 

Actually, my temperature gauge did not turn out that good. The red light made more of a pinkish/purplish color, which is annoying. I think I am going to replace those and put plain white for those, which I think will turn out great.

 

There really isnt any way to mess that up. Did you replace the resistors around the temp dial as well? If not, see my post above...

 

can someone tell me the resistor size and type that needs to be changed on the hvac please

It goes on the top part of the temperature section... Hot = red and color = blue
