I was just wondering, i already installed 1 set of cathodes under my dash with the add-a-circuit in the cig fuse, if i wanted 4 more cathodes to turn on with the same switch, what exactly do i do?how do u divide the power wire to run to 3 different transformers?

 

use a butt connector.

1 wire comes in on one side.. 2 wires out the other side


and yeah, in my car i have 9 ballasts attached to 1 switch

 

i used a distribution block, so one power wire comes in, and then I can wire as many out as i want.

the distribution block is after the switch.

 

that's what i use for my grounds i have led rocker switches and i wired all the grounds to a block

 

can someone link me exactly wut i would need?

 

uhhh... wire and butt connectors.

distribution blocks are only a snazzy way of doing it (more expensive too).

 

ohhh i see, i understand what the butt connector is, just stick 3 wires in the terminal, shud i like twist them together b4 crimping it or can i just stick them in and crimp down?

 

thats a butt connector
u stick 3 wires in one end
and have 1 wire on the other end going to ur switch...

 

make sure the butt connector is large enough to fit the 3 wires...the yellow should do
