15 New Colors for LED swaps! A Must see
I keep refusing the UV swaps. UV leds are bad for your eyes and are not recommended for use in any type of display.. just so people know! And pink is known (and was proven on here) to fade in color fairly quickly... purple is also known to lose its color early in life (unless it is UV of course.. but already covered that one), so I still recommend using colored film and white leds for those colors.
Not smashing on your post Alan.. just figured I would get this out there. I have to explain it to people requesting these colors from time to time.

VW's used UV gauges for awhile now. I think UV is okay to read by far not the easiest. =/
These WILL NOT Fade over time.
Not to argue.. but I have yet to see anyone prove any pink led will not fade... but have seen people prove plenty of them do. There is no "true" pink led (or most other colors actually). They use a phosphorescent material in the lens to make it look pink. This, by nature, fades in color over time. Sean ran a test on some (as well as purple I think) and posted a thread on here.
Oh... I am not attacking you.. and as I understand it, you guys use colored film for those colors. Just trying to clarify :D Trust me, I am happy to recommend your work to people if I am not doing it.
