I have a 3 gauge pillar, and i have 2 of them filled. i was wondering what is an easy to hook up gauge to install to fill the space. i was thinking an electrical water temp? is that easy to install, and how do you install it? thanks.

 

well first of all, what are the 2 gauges that you already have?

 

oh yea.. sorry.. its votmeter, and amp temp...

 

water temp electric is fine, unless you want to get fuel press or oil press electric. i have boost/vac(plan on going FI end of year and i got it for really cheap) volts, and oil press electric. for my cubby i was given a a/f narrow band which doesn't work so it's there for show.

so no one knows how to install a e.g.t, oil pressure, or water temp gauge?..any help would be appreciated..thanks

 

egt gauge you have to put a bung on your manifold for the sensor (check the makers recommnedation), oil pressure, you put a T fitting on your block where the stock oil pressure sensor is. Water temp, i assume it would be on your waterlines going to the radiator.

 

thank you... damn, i dont trust myself drilling anything in my engine..lol.. even the electrical gauges require tapping into lines?
