Try using a "." (<-that's a 'period'). Would make your post A LOT easier to read.

I hope you have a receipt. If so, then go back and talk to a MANAGER! Not a pee-on, but a MANAGER! Explain to them the situation in a CALMLY MANNER! (Don't yell unless you have to.) Tell them you just want a new sub/box and not your $$$ back. If all else fails, tell them that you will report them to the BBB. Good luck!

Any good shop will stand behind their work and the products they sell. However, I have no idea weather or not you chose a good shop. Caveat emptor!

Should have given it a good look over before accepting it. Either way, if you paid for all of the stuff yourself LISTEN CAREFULLY

Legally a person under 18 cannot enter into a contract for the sale of goods, so you technically did not actually purchase anything. They have to refund your money or you can sue them and will surely win with costs. Trust me Im in law school. I have read cases where a minor purchased a car, crashed the car and was still able to return it for a full refund.

Proceed with caution, but you have them by the *****.

Cheers

Even the extreme overuse of the ellipsis (...) would have separated the thoughts. I now have oxygen cords running into my nose.

Well, judging from your age. You're young, so patient is definitely something that you need to watch out for. My only advice is to speak to them professionally, you'll get more from people that way. Good luck to you.

I worked for tech support for a while...and remember that in a way you want them to do a favor for you(yes you deserve but that's not how they're gonna see it). Being nice will help them help you. Being an ___ will not make them want to help you at all.

Oh, and next time...make your own box! You're old enough to be able to.

No one listened to me. Youre not 18, therefore you can dissaffirm any contract you made such as the exchange of money. Take it back and ask for a refund in full, if they dont give it to you, they are breaking the law.

They will never do business with you again, but they screwed you.

Is this true to all states or only your state?
