one suggestion there...you might want to leave access to the rear strut bolts/nuts. I am sure at some point the struts will have to be swapped out. It looks like youcovered them completely.

I did cover them...when they need swapping, it's time for a new box.
I did tape over them completely do that when I need to get to them, it's just cut a slit and tear the glass out.

rofl... i wish i could say the same. when we built my box i made sure i could replce my tail lights / bulbs with out removing the enclosure, and the struts will have a pain cause i gotta ben the carpeted piece, but it is possible. my box can also come out without cutting it, but it is a pain in the ****!
looks good so far, keep up the good work. how are you gonna mount the supports for the floating amp rack? have them metal rods go through the fiberglass? and then wrap them in vinyl or carpet?
