There is a very good chance it will make sound.

There is a much less likely chance it will be painted due to time constraints

 

I was figuring that is what it would be. I can't wait to see this thing, painted or not.

The glass is bubbled around them so if it happens, I can cut it out, but I'd rather it not happen

^^^ Yes, they're a long throw, multi-purpose woofer... can be used for midbass or sub-bass but not midrange....

 

yeah see thats what I thought but some stupid lady @ a stereo shop yesterday was telling me that i didnt know what I was talking about, she said theyre either just big speakers or there 8" subs.

 

6.5" is a common size for regular speakers, but these are special.... there are a few others like them, but not many...

 

yeah focal had something similar a few year's back but i think they used a 5 inch there where people using them in center console's to provide more up front bass responce but 32 in the hatch should be pretty sick

 

and none that ive had that sound as good
