32 Eu-700's...destroyed. Now who wants some?
So...I pondered...how do you get all the mounting points back to flat after having bondo'd and glassed the hell out of them.
Answer, make a fancy pants sanding tool. One disc that's a bit smaller than mounting diameter on the 700, another that's the total size of the 700 mounting flange. Sandwich a sanding disc in between and BAM!

Downside to this tool...it's attached with a carriage bolt...they eventually frag themselves, but I was getting much better. Was hoping to have all the mounting points done tonight so I could start sanding the rest of it to where it needs to be but alas, I just sheared my last bolt, and True Value is closed. Wal-Mart has the bolts, but too short, only 1/4" sticks out past wood + bolt
The splatter is epoxy...I'd get the thing spinning so fast that if the mounting hole disc caught anything it'd spin the square part of the bolt = useless tool

Clearance issues on the 4 inverteds that intersected eachother? Gone. Just have a few in the corners that need to get hit and I could theoretically mount every single one of those suckers...but of course...I must sand everything down to be painted the same as my car.
I made a lot of dust today...hooray for random thoughts that turn out awesome.
