how do you take them off? i saw a how to thread here. but i cant seem to find it. if someone could generously link me to that thread, or tell me how to take them out.

pop out the panel over the door handle....the one with the chrome circle on it....use a flathead and a cloth to get it to pop off......there are 2 screws there...one at the top of the door handle and one at the bottom.......then there is a small square beside the door opening handle that you need to pop out and take the screw out of......then just pop the retainer clips all the way around the door.......
