Default accident : ( have some questions

so i got in a horrible accident... scared me really bad... but thankfulyl we're all ok... just bruises and some swollen shoulders and knees

but when we were looking at pictures that we took, and when we went to look at the car on the lot later... i noticed all the airbags deployed except for the passenger side lower airbag.... and my friend, who was sitting there, is the one with the hurt knee. i was just wondering if it was supposed to, or if there is even an airbag there? right underneath the dash, like on my side, both of them deployed.

the car was totalled btw... so i was told to start looking for a new one soon... anyone know how much the insurance company gives us toward a new car? (obviously varying depending on company and diff. options)
also, what cars should i look at? i was thinking maybe GTI (used) or mini cooper S (used)

let me know what you think SL

and thank god for keeping us safe

I think the driver side is the only side with the knee airbag. As far as what you will get for your car should be the kbb value.

yup, yup, yup....No knee airbags on the passenger side. Anyways, glad you're all OK. If you have pics, you should post them up so we can see how bad it was.

Wow, really glad you're all okay. So like everybody else said, there is no knee airbag for the front passenger. Hmm...I'd go for the Mini also...but then again, why not another Tc??? Well, I tried Try to test-drive your choices and see which one feels for you. good luck!
