Default air brush?

Does anyone know if i can empty the paint out of the can im going to be using on my waterfall and use that paint with my air brush? I just figured it would be eaier to get a nice eveness with a air brush then with a can.
And if its possible how do i do it?

If you are using exterior color paints you can use the touch up pens and dump intothe airbrush bottle and goto town on it,works good.as for transfering from can to airbrush bottle, gonna make a mess and although it will work is probably not worth the time to clean up the mess.

give it a shot,if you use a baggie to make a seal between the spray can and the bottle you could spray it to the bottle and get a fairly good amount in cleanly,it would have about a 15 minute pot life, give it a try, honestly though I think you could get about the same level of paint for a large area out of a can.....just remember smooth even coats and let tack for 10 minutes before another coat.
