Aluminum Dash Kit (Pics!)
I was talking to Steve from Scionpro.com and they're now offering a 20 piece aluminum dash kit for the tC. I was thinking of doing something similar to my interior- getting brushed aluminum to replace the cheap plastic dash we have so I asked him to send me a few pictures of the actual product since Scionpro.com only shows a picture with the outline of the product. The kit includes:
Driver Door Handle
Driver Door Controls
Driver Vent
Mirror Controls
Blanking Plate
Center Air Vents
Radio Lid
Middle Lid
Accent Bar
Accent Ring
A/C Controls
Shifter Surround
Glove Box
Passenger Air Vent
Passenger Door Controls
Passenger Door Handle

this is the picture on their website ^

whaddya think?

Looks like good quality. But I dont really like dash overlays only for the reason that after they are on for a while the sticky back on them usally comes off and then it looks kinda of crappy. That is what I have seen but mabey these will be different.

This thread was going well until that TT pic was posted... LOL. The opinion here is pretty much unanimous, so I'll refrain on commenting further on that.
If I recall correctly, the seller is "da" one with "da" website with every other word spelled incorrectly, in a brook-bonics look at me trying to present a really fake image kind of way. I actually think there was a whole thread on this guy. I guess it's sort of cute, since my 2 year old niece spells her words the same way too, I guess. Anyway, the website was completely unprofessional, and made me immediately turn away from any purchase.
But if the product is of good quality and the price is right, I'd personally consider it. But first I want to see pics installed. Hopefully the website has been reformatted. If it is written in plain, legible, English that can be understood by anyone older that 3 years old, hey, I'll make a purchase.

Aside from the TT... It looks like the site was fixed, and they now use English as the language. Kudos! When I get off my BB and on a computer, I'll have to take a look.

^That's why I said "this thread is 'da' fail," rather than saying something like. . . "this overlay is fail."
