amplifier question

Default amplifier question

hey guys, ive searched and posted many times to get an answer for this question. i have alpine sps171 a speakers that have a crossover and tweeters. i just bought a 4 channel amp and i would like to know how to connect the speaker's wire to the amp, i installed everything else but those wires, i would greatly appreaciate it if you gouys could help me, pictures of how to do it would be even better. also i bought a capacitor which should be coming in this week, i would also like to know how to install that aswell, thank you so much

Wire from the speaker output on the amp into the x-over "amp in" slot.

Wire from the woofer slot on x-over to the mid, tweeter slot to the tweeter.

lol sorry but i have no idea wat that means, once i opened the door panel, i looked on the crossover and there was 2 wires connected to INPUT, there was also wires going to woofer and tweeter on the crossover, and i supposed to use the wire that says input???

o you know wat, i think i have an idea of what you are talking about. basically i put the speaker wire i got from the amp kit on to the speaker output and connect it to the crossover input. i had a feeling it was like that but there was a problem ion why i didnt do that, since theres already a wire connected on the input on the crossover, i dont know where that wire leads to. am i supposed to use that same wire and connect it with the new wire with the splice connector????
