anybody have this shift ****? Razo 400gram black leather

i've been looking for a weighted shift **** and came across this one on ebay. anybody use this shift **** on a tc? they say is uses threaded inserts, is that going to be pretty solid? i really like the look of this one, i don't think i'd like a metal ball.
