Default Anyone having problems with their iPod after iTunes 7 rel?

Well I cursed myself. This is for those of you that have the iPod connection in your Scion. As many of you know, Apple recently updated the iPods and the software that comes with them, iTunes. Series 7 just came out, and with it came an upgrade to the iPod software. Ok, so now to the problem:
As you all know, when you turn off the car, and you are listening to the ipod, the radio will "pause" that track until you turn the car back on. Ever since the upgrade, when I turn my car off and turn it back on, it starts playing the very first track on my iPod (sorted by alphabetical order), not whatever playlist I am on.

Is anyone else having the same problem?

UPDATE:
I said before that I wasn't having any problems but today I had a few! I had troubles navigating from Artist > Album twice, and once where it flat-out wouldn't play the album I selected. I do have the updates. I don't think there is much Scion or Pioneer can do about this. It will be up to Apple to make a fix for this so let them know about these problems if you are experiencing them!

Oh, hey Iam blahh...if you know someone that has a computer running iTunes you can get your ipOd back. 2 things, have you tried to do the hard reset (search for it on apple) and 2. Get someone else running itunes to restore it...then when you connect it back, reconnect the iPod, then when you get the option to restore, it should be fine. For a second your iTunes will think you are putting someone elses authorized music on the computer, but just bypass that and do the restore. that should fix it.
