Anyone using a phone as an MP3 player in their Scion?
I would like to get a new cell phone and also use it as an MP3 player in my Scion with the music port. Does anyone else do this. I am wondering how it could work if the port in my Scion is larger then what a cell phone would use for play music. How do you have things set up if you are doing this?
My phone came with an adapter for the smaller jack to a normal headphone jack. I'm sure you could pick one up cheap at radio shack. And then just get an audio cable while you're there to plug into your aux port.
I have a sprint fusic and a 1gb memory card. It can function like my ipod via the plug, or use the FM built in transmitter.
The new fusic called Musiq I believe supports up to a 4gb micro sd card that was just announced/released recently.
But it uses the mini headphone jack, but I could use the converter and use it whenever too.
I dont have an iphone, but i cant wait to have a phone, mp3, and impressive camera all in a phone. Cams now suck, and storage just isnt enough for me, even at 4gb.
