I am looking to improve my listening experience in my tC. I need to know which brands are junk, and what are the important features to look for. I don't need the loudest or most expensive system. I am looking to get (2) 12" subs, an amp, and a box. I found a few packages on ebay for about $200 plus shipping. Brands include Audiobahn and Rockford Fosgate. One system even came with tweeters. Are tweeters important? I need to know what to look for. Like how high RMS watts, how high total watts, or how many channels on the amp, that kinda stuff. I just don't wnat to get ripped off, and I don't trust anyone who works at best buy or circuit city, but I do trust you guys, so please help.

sorry some people arent very helpful, but if you want to just improve your system from stock, stick with getting a sub. One 12 is all you need. Atleast 300rms and stick with well known name brands. If you see stuff like pyle, lighting audio, or q logic run away.
