I just used double sided tape. I had the one on the side move around a little (not enough surface area, so I ended up moving them ontop of the fuse box cover. That even looks fine.

...and you're welcome!

I hate drilling holes n stuff. Thats the reason I didn't hook up the siren w/ my alarm and went w/ the horn honk

Do you have the Gen 4 ballasts that are really thin? If so, I would not put a ballast in this same place as this one....

I had mine there for a while until I noticed them getting wet, so I moved them before it fried. I had already fried one ballast so I was not taking any chances. What I did was zip tie the ballasts upside down (plug facing down) under the ballast. Then I used silicone in all areas where water might get in and wrapped the plug in electrical tape. So far it has lasted multiple car washes and MANY rainy days.

man o man. I don't get it, there are tons of wires, etc in that area that don't hav ieeus. Plus these boxes or whatever they are called are waterproof. So, if you're jacked up then they must be faulty

That's why I asked if he had Gen 4 ballasts. They are not the same as the ones you posted. Gen 4 Ballasts are not waterproof and once they get any kind of water inside, they are gone. Here is what they look like:
