Default Audio question

Basically, I have an Alpine deck installed in my tC and the other night audio stopped coming out of the drivers side front speaker (not the tweeter.. that seems to work fine). Would this be an audio problem, or an amp problem. Most of the blown speakers I've had before played sounds, but it just sounded like total garbage. This speaker seems to do nothing. I'm going to check to see if a cable came undone (after like 5 years...) tomorrow, but if anyone has any ideas I'd love to hear it.

check the connections and wires. they could have been rubbing and the plastic wore and hit metal.

If you have aftermarket speakers, it sounds like the speaker is diconnected. Not nowing how your system is wired, I would say it is most likely to be A. wires are off mid in door B. Wire is off crossover for components C. Crossover is defective or speaker is

Since tweeter is playing I doubt it is a radio or amp problem.
