Default Audo system upgrade: What's Next?

I've been itching to upgrade my audio system in my 06' TC, but don't know what to get next.

Here is my current system:
Alpine CDA-9886 Head Unit
Alpine MRP-m1000 Amp
Alpine 12" Type X Subwoofer (vented subbox not custom built for sub)

There are a couple of things I can do, but I can't afford them all at the same time. Which upgrade would give me the best overall quality increase for the money?

1. IMPRINT PXA-H100 (sound processor, unlocks equalizer)
2. Speakers - Front (components? or 2 way? 3way? 4way? Would I really need to upgrade tweeters?)
3. Upgrade sub box to sealed (custom built for type x)
4. Any other suggestions?

IMHO If you want a good quality sound, you need to upgrade the stock speakers. And to get your moneys worth out of a quality set of speakers, you'll need an amp to power them.
And if you haven't got any sound deadening, it makes a world of difference. Especially in the doors.

yea i came in to say exactly that. YOU will need to deaden. our doors are pretty thin. so throwing in a set of speakers into that sheet metal will get rough. Use a wood baffle and deaden a set of components.
i hear good things about JL components but i have been out of car audio for a while
