I don't think either of them will.

I haven't driven an auto tC, but from what I know about other cars is there is a button to press to switch gears.

Neither of those look like they have those buttons.

Did you guys read the description of the one I linked?

BTW, that OBX one I linked is pretty much a direct rip off of the Momo one you want. The "mesh" on the top might be a slightly different, but it is still just a silver mesh.

oh. I just skimmed the description before. So it does fit automatic! Thanks!

It does look just like the mesh MOMO. BUT I want the chrome momo **** (look under color options). The chrome **** matches my auto shaft. Yep, I said "shaft" and "****" in the same sentence...

I've actually had this shift **** before on my stick corolla and my tc. Great shift **** but between the two cars the top chrome mesh portion ended up falling up while driving. I ended up getting it through my work. Expensive shift *****(MOMO)

Does anyone know how the Momo Combat Evo Shift **** (link in 1st post) attaches to the shaft? Does it just screw onto the end of the shaft, or does it use some sort of set screw?

I'd love to get one of these for my 2009 xB with auto transmission, but I want to make sure it will fit before dropping $86 on a shift ****.

Found this description on an eBay listing for the Momo Combat Evo Shift ****:

"COMES WITH INSERTS FOR DIFFERENT SIZE SHAFT AND IT IS SECURED USING 3 ALLEN SCREWS PROVIDED WITH THE ALLEN WRENCH IN THE BOX, WILL FIT ANY GEAR SHAFT THAT IS LESS THAN .60" IN DIAMETER."

So, it sounds like it will work with either the manual or auto transmission, thanks to the inserts. I had assumed this is what they meant by "universal fit", but it's nice to see this confirmation.

Several eBay sellers have these (Momo Combat Evo Shift ****) for $81.00 + free shipping. I just ordered one from the seller in Melbourne, FL (he had it in red and has the highest feedback rating of the sellers currently offering this item).
